Forum for IIT-JEE (FIITJEE) is a leading Indian coaching network with about 48 centers in 19 cities that prepares students for the competitive IIT-JEE examinations. Rapid expansion and frequent mock tests made manual processing of exam forms slow, error-prone and unable to support timely result reporting across its nationwide centers.

FIITJEE partnered with NETSPIDER INDIA to deploy ABBYY FlexiCapture, combining OMR, OCR and ICR to scan answer sheets, capture only required fields, validate data and store results centrally with online technical support. The automated workflow significantly reduced processing time, eliminated manual-entry errors and enabled training centers to declare accurate results on schedule.
