Trebbin (Trebbin Automation Solutions), a 50-employee German specialist in automation, control technology and robotics, needed to streamline its production-line engineering and integrate shop-floor data capture across sites. The company has been using abas since 02/1998 and also implemented a connection to the ZEUS PTR/PDC solution from ISGUS to capture production and time data.

Using abas as its ERP backbone (with the ISGUS ZEUS PTR/PDC integration), abas centralized processes, enabled a second Berlin plant to run productively on the Eichstätt server via VPN since 2007, and delivered continuous updates and improved workflows for goods receipt and planned mobile data entry. The solution supports 8 licensed users, consolidated multi-site operations, and gave Trebbin measurable operational stability and a strong price/performance outcome as reported by the customer.
