Ripploh Electrical, a 55-employee German manufacturer of switch cabinet systems, required a flexible ERP to support high production depth, integrate engineering data, and automate production processes. To address these challenges the company chose ABAS ERP (20 users), seeking a solution that could integrate with ePlan EEC and be adjusted to customers’ individual requirements.

ABAS ERP was implemented to integrate ePlan EEC, automate production workflows (including automatic re-picking of parts that were missing when a sales order started), control the CNC cutting system, and centralize company data entry. As a result, Ripploh regained automated part picking, increased production automation and depth, and can now further develop and customize the abas ERP system internally without ongoing partner support.
