Polymaster Group, Australia’s most trusted poly tank manufacturer, needed to manage complex custom manufacturing and distribution across multiple sites while improving costing accuracy, traceability and sales-to-invoice processes. To meet these challenges they implemented abas ERP (including abas DMS and abas Business Intelligence Professional) to support production, inventory, sales and finance across their Victorian and regional operations.

Using abas ERP, Polymaster deployed a solution for 50 users (customer since 02/2017) that delivers detailed product costing and BI visualisations, serial-number tracking from raw materials to finished goods, multi-warehouse MRP, a sophisticated truck load planner, handheld scanner stocktakes, EDI links with customers such as Bunnings and Reece, and automated bank reconciliation. abas ERP provided real-time visibility across sales, production and finance, streamlined shipments and order-to-cash processes, and centralized document and data management for improved operational control.
