OK Media Group, one of Europe’s largest press and assembly service providers, needed to replace aging in‑house software after a 1998 restructuring and select a modern ERP to support purchasing, production and logistics across multiple sites. During their evaluation they chose abas ERP (vendor: abas) to standardize processes and meet the company’s broad operational requirements.

abas implemented abas ERP for 41 licensed users, covering purchasing, sales, materials management, scheduling, production, costing, financial and fixed‑asset accounting, controlling and EDI, and expanded with PDC/PTR and the abas document management system for warehouse management. The solution replaced many outdated in‑house tools, optimized workflows, delivered greater process transparency and faster warehouse processing as OK Media shifted focus from CD/DVD production to logistics and custom packaging.
