Mayflower Distributing, a national distributor founded in 1981 that ships over 25,000 products with 140 employees from distribution centers in St. Paul, MN and Los Angeles, CA, was struggling with a costly, cumbersome legacy custom application—warehouse management in particular had reached its limits despite internal optimizations. To modernize and scale operations, Mayflower engaged abas ERP.

abas ERP worked with Mayflower to develop custom reports and infosystems for warehouse operations, build sales and finance modules to match existing workflows, and add site-specific costing and POS functionality for the new California location. The abas USA team’s solution reduced manual effort and operational time, freed warehouse resources for more productive work, and enabled a successful site expansion while supporting roughly 90 users across both locations.
