Kölle, a German metal‑processing company that supplies high‑quality tools and series stamped and bent parts to the automotive, aviation/aerospace and electrical engineering industries, needed better inventory visibility and integrated processes to react quickly to customer requirements. To modernize production planning, document handling and system interfaces, Kölle partnered with abas ERP and rolled out the abas ERP system across its operations.

abas ERP implemented DMS, an ISGUS time management connection and EDI integration to provide real‑time information across production and supply chains. As a result, Kölle replaced stock levels with information and cut its internal inventory supply — from raw material to finished product — in half, improving transparency, responsiveness and operational efficiency under the abas ERP solution.
