HIRSCHMANN, a German manufacturer of high-quality spherical and rod end bearings with about 120 employees, needed a robust, flexible ERP to replace its legacy Comet system and support sales, purchasing, production planning, materials management and accounting across the plant. To meet these needs the company selected abas ERP as its enterprise system.

abas ERP was implemented across all company areas and successfully converted from Comet, running on 47 licenses since 02/1998.
