Häussler, a German maker of wood and stone ovens, pizza ovens and related food‑processing equipment, faced rapid growth and needed a new corporate IT to support end‑to‑end processes—from distribution, marketing and sales (including cashier/POS) through production, warehouse, accounting and controlling—while preserving years of customer history. In early 2005 Häussler selected abas ERP to provide a universal, integrated solution and to migrate historical data without interrupting access to customer records.

abas implemented an integrated abas ERP environment with the abas eB Webshop, CRM, POS integration, duplicate checking, parcel‑service connection and full adoption of historical data, enabling centralized management of 120,000 customer master records. As a result Häussler now processes up to 50 new contacts/orders per day via the abas eB Webshop, tracks shipments online, and is able to make many system changes in‑house—reducing costs while maintaining service and quality.
