gabocom (gabo Systemtechnik GmbH) is a German manufacturer of micropipe systems with about 150 employees that must meet very high quality standards in serial production and European distribution. Facing the need to standardize production processes, document management and customs/data exchange, gabocom selected abas ERP (the abas Business Suite) to support ATLAS integration, DMS functionality and a Linux-based environment.

abas ERP implemented the abas Business Suite for gabocom, deploying DMS in abas, ATLAS integration and a Linux rollout across the company for 30 licensed users. The solution centralized product and document data, automated customs processes and stabilized operational workflows—supporting gabocom’s production quality and European expansion—and has been in place long-term (gabocom has been an abas ERP customer since 03/1998).
