Eisenmann Exhaust Systems, a German automotive specialist with about 80 employees that designs and manufactures stainless steel sport exhausts, needed a flexible, integrated system to support strict noise and emissions regulations and complex, CAD/CAM-driven production processes. To modernize order and production workflows they engaged ABAS ERP to provide an enterprise resource planning solution, including EDI processing and production-control capabilities.

ABAS ERP was integrated into Eisenmann’s business processes in a very short time and “without problems,” giving the company confidence in their ERP choice. The ABAS implementation delivered VDA-compliant EDI (via Eurex C) and tied production control into PTR/PDC, supporting 25 licensed users and streamlining electronic order processing and shop-floor control—improving operational visibility, regulatory compliance, and overall production coordination.
