Düker GmbH, a metal fabrication company with 700 employees and sites in Germany and China, produces a wide range of foundry products focused on casting and surface finishing. abas delivered abas ERP with tailored functions—such as a complex product generator, comprehensive pricing/discount logic, shipping control, molding box and set processing, sales-order costing, expanded confirmations and workflows—so major reorganizations could be handled in standard software while customizations persist. The result: Düker performs most adjustments and upgrades itself (upgrades can be implemented in one weekend), relies on abas support for bottlenecks, and achieves clear cost-effectiveness on maintenance and upgrade costs compared with other systems.
