ChromaScape, a custom colorant and additives manufacturer with facilities in Ohio, Arizona, Texas and Kentucky, faced fragmented production scheduling and slow, manual information flow—reports arrived by fax or phone and only at week’s end. abas USA implemented abas ERP across all four manufacturing sites, enabled real‑time interfacing and data sharing, and provided tailored reports and databases. The result was immediate: production data is now available in real time rather than weekly, four facilities coordinate centrally, and ChromaScape’s 50 users can run data‑driven sales and operations planning—improving efficiency, scheduling accuracy and overall customer satisfaction.
