American Vending Sales, a Midwest full‑service gaming, amusement and vending distributor founded in 1971 with 45 employees and operations in Chicago, Dallas, Houston, Milwaukee and Minneapolis, needed a wholesale distribution–focused system to unify data and support growth across multiple locations. After evaluating options, American Vending Sales selected abas ERP as the vendor and product to replace fragmented systems and meet their requirement for a feature‑rich, affordable solution that could run on a single server.

abas ERP was implemented to consolidate AVS’s infrastructure and share data across geographically distributed operations, enabling the company to “work smarter” and streamline processes. The deployment reduced server requirements (running on a single Linux server rather than two), supports 27 abas ERP users across locations, and has positioned AVS to add additional abas ERP modules to further improve operational efficiencies while allowing the company to focus on core distribution activities.
