ADA Holding, a German market leader in premium hotel cosmetics with about 300 employees and 124 abas ERP users across sites in Germany, England, the Czech Republic, Hong Kong and Singapore, outgrew its bespoke business software. The company required a system able to handle batch and process manufacturing as well as custom and small‑scale production, and to support multi‑user, multi‑location distribution—requirements that led ADA Holding to select abas ERP in 2001.

abas ERP was implemented as a multi‑site, upgradeable ERP solution with a central production client, enabling ADA to connect new locations easily and continuously optimize processes. As a result, ADA Holding reduced upgrade effort from months to a single weekend, lowered IT capacity and costs, maintained upgradeability while mapping bespoke changes, and now runs abas ERP across its international operations.
