After more than 15 years using AbacusLaw, the firm expanded into new case types and needed a more organized way to capture case-specific data, track deadlines and ensure staff could quickly access the right information.

Working with the Abacus Professional Services team, the firm customized the AbacusLaw matter screen to add case-specific fields and centralized electronic storage, giving attorneys and assistants one-click access to complete case files. The improvements enabled faster client responses, in-house mailings and better case management, helping the firm take on new practice areas and secure major verdicts and settlements while meeting the needs of a growing practice.
