Culture Yard builds a Nordic cultural network with Aalto EE after a 3.5-year leadership journey

Søs Krogh Vikkelsøe, CEO of Culture Yard (Kulturværftet), a major cultural center in Denmark, sought to build a stronger Nordic professional network and gain a deeper understanding of the regional cultural landscape to lead her organization more effectively. To address this, she enrolled in the Business of Culture program offered by Aalto EE.

The solution from Aalto EE provided Vikkelsøe with new leadership confidence, a fresh perspective on the business of culture, and a valuable network of peers across the Nordics and Baltics. The results were immediate; she established a new cross-border cultural network and initiated a collaboration with a Finnish colleague met during the program.
