Lifeline Medical Inc. supplies medical products to hospitals, clinics, and doctors, and also runs Skin for Life, its skincare division. As the company managed two product lines with disconnected systems, it relied on QuickBooks and Acctivate before turning to aACE Complete in 2017 to bring sales, operations, and accounting into one system.

With aACE Software’s aACE Complete, plus aACE+ ShipStation and aACE+ WooCommerce, Lifeline unified order processing, shipping, and inventory tracking across three ecommerce stores. The company said the system saved 10% to 15% of its time, supported about 300 packages a week, and helped it handle a surge to a hundred orders or more a day when PPE demand spiked during the pandemic.
