Sinclair Worldwide, Inc. (SWI), a multi-channel distributor of Janibell and Lucky Champ products that handled as many as 900 orders per day, was hampered by a slow, poorly integrated order-management system that lacked Mac compatibility, usability and reliability. aACE Software implemented an automated solution that imports orders from SWI’s websites, call centers and manual entry; creates pending credit-card batches for staff follow-up; generates shipping records only for successfully charged orders (customized to create separate shipments for prepackaged quantities); and sends manifests to FedEx.
