The Certified General Accountants of Ontario (CGA Ontario) is a self-governing professional body serving roughly 19,000 CGAs and 9,000 students, with as many as 30,000 users accessing its enterprise applications (Blackboard, SharePoint, Exchange) at any time. Its existing load-balancing solution could not keep up with peak traffic, threatening the availability and performance of critical online services for members and students.

CGA Ontario selected the A10 Application Delivery Controller (ADC), which delivered immediate performance gains—advertised as twice the performance at half the price—thanks to a multi-core SMP architecture, comprehensive Layer 4–7 features (including aFleX scripting and advanced persistence), and no extra licensing fees.
