The customer, Routeco, an automation technology specialist, required a solution for process optimization and remote maintenance of industrial equipment for their clients, such as RAUCH Furnace Technology. Their challenge was to prevent machine breakdowns and increase production efficiency by gaining early insights from sensor data.

A1 Digital provided an IoT solution using its Cumulocity IoT platform and managed connectivity with MultiNetwork M2M SIM cards. This allowed for the remote collection, analysis, and visualization of sensor data, enabling predictive maintenance.
