ACTech GmbH, a Freiberg-based prototype manufacturer, faced significant network connectivity problems at its Indian subsidiary in Bangalore, where employees struggled with poor internet connections and freezing applications that disrupted their workflows. A1 Digital implemented its SD-WAN solution through a free proof of concept, which used automated, zero-touch deployment for a quick and easy setup. The solution analyzed the existing network, established a stable connection, and prioritized business-critical traffic, which immediately resolved the connectivity issues. As a result, ACTech saw increased network performance and optimized line utilization, eliminating slow-reacting applications. Following the successful trial, they transitioned to a managed service from A1 Digital.
