LinenMaster Works with A-LIGN to Earn ISO 27001, SOC 2, Gap Assessments and Penetration Testing

LinenMaster, a SaaS platform serving healthcare, hospitality, route accounting, industrial/uniform, and sterile pack processing and delivery, needed to prove its cybersecurity maturity as SaaS threats increased. To support its first audit experience and build customer trust, the company partnered with A-LIGN for compliance guidance and audit services.

A-LIGN helped LinenMaster complete ISO 27001 certification, SOC 2 Type 1 and Type 2 reports, penetration testing, a CMMC gap assessment, and additional ISO 27017 controls, using A-SCEND to streamline evidence collection and audit management. The results helped LinenMaster secure new customers and unlock additional revenue, while reducing security questionnaire burden by replacing it with an A-LIGN-issued SOC 2 report.
