Volunteers of America Chesapeake & Carolinas expands MAT evaluation with A-G Associates using 3-point data collection

Volunteers of America Chesapeake & Carolinas (VOACC) needed a data-driven evaluation approach to track outcomes and demonstrate the effectiveness of its Medication-Assisted Treatment program for opioid use disorder, which was funded by a SAMHSA grant. The challenge was to meet federal reporting requirements and capture the full impact of its integrated support services. VOACC engaged vendor A-G Associates to design and implement a comprehensive evaluation strategy.

A-G Associates developed a tailored evaluation plan and established key performance indicators for the program. The vendor coordinated all data collection and reporting, ensuring compliance and timely delivery to SAMHSA.
