Zetadocs helps Coinford reduce their reliance on paper

Coinford, a London-based groundwork and concrete frame specialist established in 1981, faced a major paper problem: finance processes around invoice capture, remittances and document retrieval were manual and time-consuming despite using Microsoft Dynamics NAV. To modernize their workflows they engaged Zetadocs Global, implementing solutions including Zetadocs Capture and Zetadocs Delivery integrated with EVision and NAV to replace paper with digital document management.

Zetadocs Global delivered batch scanning, automated filing, Excel remittance exports and configurable electronic archives (PDF/A, metadata and SharePoint indexing), plus drag-and-drop email and multi‑user document queues. The result: invoices and remittances are sent electronically, archived documents are retrieved at the click of a button, paper to be stored has been “considerably reduced,” and Coinford reports greatly improved productivity and faster document sharing.
