Walraven Limited Manufacturing business chooses Zetafax as its faxing solution

Walraven, a family-owned manufacturer of fixing systems with more than 600 staff and 17 sites worldwide, was burdened by a slow, paper-based process for sending roughly 3,000 monthly customer statements — printing, stamping, separating and posting each sheet generated high consumables and postage costs. To automate distribution and reduce these expenses, Walraven chose Electronic Document Distribution (EDD) and Zetafax from Zetadocs Global.

Zetadocs Global implemented EDD with Zetafax to automate emailing and faxing of branded statements and to archive documents electronically, removing manual stamping and paper handling.
