Remote faxing helps mobile sales force deliver for Bank Administration Institute

Bank Administration Institute (BAI), a Chicago-based provider of education, conferences and research for financial services, was inundated with hundreds of daily information requests handled largely by manual faxing. Staff spent large amounts of time sending multi-page brochures (for example, feeding a 12‑page brochure through a fax machine dozens of times), leading to slow response times and lost sales opportunities. After evaluating fax-server options, BAI selected Zetafax from Zetadocs Global to centralize and streamline communications.
