Kerry Ingredients, the flagship dairy and specialist ingredients division of The Kerry Group, relied heavily on fax communications as it grew. Incoming faxes overwhelmed reception—being manually stapled, collated and hand‑distributed—creating delays and inefficiency. To automate fax receipt and distribution and to leverage Lotus Notes email, Kerry Ingredients selected Zetadocs Global’s Zetafax Corporate Edition (fax server) as their solution.

Zetadocs Global replaced two stand‑alone machines with a single DDI number supporting 35 networked users, integrated Zetafax with Lotus Notes and the company ERP via the Zetafax API, and enabled automated sending/archiving of statements and orders. The result was dramatic: inbound fax processing time fell by about 80%, order processing time was cut in half, accounts payable now sends statements automatically, and overall productivity and customer response times improved markedly thanks to faster delivery and an auditable archive.
