FamilyCredit Ltd, the Indian subsidiary of SOCIETE GENERALE CONSUMER FINANCE operating 50 offices across India, faced a need to centralise credit processing and quickly transfer customer application forms from branches and point-of-sale locations to a single back‑office hub with queue‑management integration.
