EP Mooney, Dublin’s oldest Nissan dealer, needed a reliable way to speed and track customer communications — service reminders, quotes, orders and invoices — that would integrate with Microsoft Office and their ACT! contact management system. The vendor Zetadocs Global (using the Zetafax fax-server solution) was chosen to provide a seamless, PC-based faxing capability to support their customer-care focus.
Zetadocs Global implemented Zetafax integration with Word and ACT!, allowing staff to fax directly from the PC and to store all customer communications in a central, searchable repository. The solution reduced paper consumption by 70%, enabled the company to send and track about 80 faxes daily, cut printing and mailing costs, sped delivery of mission-critical documents and freed staff time for customer-facing work.
