Sony Music Entertainment’s Innovation Board set out to push concert broadcasting forward by producing a 360° live-stream of Lollapalooza Berlin 2015. With less than four months to plan (and under five weeks from technology selection to execution), their goals were to create a unique VR-ready experience for fans who couldn’t attend and to expand global reach for their artists.
