Case Study: Qlik achieves continuous, feedback-driven performance and alignment with Workhuman Conversations

A Workhuman Case Study

Preview of the Qlik Case Study

Transition to Continuous Performance Development

Qlik, a global leader in visual analytics with more than 2,000 employees and headquarters in Radnor, PA, sought to replace its annual, “tick-the-box” review process with a more agile approach. The company needed a system that let goals evolve with the business, encouraged frequent two-way conversations, and enabled crowdsourced feedback across a dispersed, time-zone–spread workforce.

Qlik introduced Qlik Conversations and implemented Workhuman’s Conversations® (integrated with its Inspire recognition program) so employees could initiate regular check-ins, set priorities, and gather peer feedback year-round. Within a year Qlik reported record clarity on priorities, 98% of employees saying they value feedback for learning, stronger leader and individual alignment (78% and 75% respectively), and actionable people-data that reduced bias and informed learning and talent decisions.
