Conga Building Culture Through Connection

Conga, a global leader in Commercial Operations transformation with hubs in the U.S., U.K., India, and Australia, employs over 1,350 people serving more than 11,000 customers. After merging two technology organizations, Conga created the “Conga Way” to align values across the business but found recognition was ad hoc, untracked, and not social—so they needed a global, intuitive platform with robust analytics to build relationship capital and reinforce shared purpose.

Conga partnered with Workhuman to launch Conga Stars, a peer-to-peer recognition program that includes Service Milestones, Life Events, Community Celebrations, Award Advisor guidance, real-time analytics via Workhuman iQ, and an e-commerce rewards store. Early adoption was strong—week one generated 650 recognition moments, 322 service milestones, and 30 life events—and the platform has increased engagement, rebuilt social connection during remote work, driven voluntary social sharing, and provided data that’s now informing Conga’s people strategy and culture.
