Corpay (formerly FLEETCOR) is a global payments leader of more than 20 years with 800,000+ customers and over 9,000 employees in 36 countries. As the company rebranded in March 2024, leadership faced the challenge of preserving and unifying culture during a major name change while scaling a limited, regionally fragmented recognition program into a single global platform.
Corpay partnered with Workhuman to design and launch a branded, company-wide recognition program called Gratitudes, using targeted implementation support, peer client connections, and in-app brand integration to ease the transition. The program saw rapid adoption—more than 22,700 recognition moments in year one—creating a unified employee experience that reinforced company values, celebrated contributions, and supported cultural continuity during the rebrand.
