One Concern launches COVID Calculator in 8 weeks with Star

The customer, One Concern, a Resilience-as-a-Service provider, partnered with the vendor Star to address the challenge of helping business leaders safely return employees to work during the COVID-19 pandemic. Their goal was to quickly develop an easy-to-use tool to assess and mitigate the risk of virus spread in various workplace facilities.

Star provided digital design and software engineering services to co-create and launch the COVID Calculator. The solution was developed and released in a rapid eight-week timeframe. This successful collaboration resulted in a 2022 UX Design Award finalist product that generated positive market reaction, prompted new business relationships for One Concern, and led to ongoing development work between the two companies.
