TFT, a non-profit that helps companies deliver sustainable products such as tropical hardwood, needed a way to track complex supply chains, manage on-site audits and inspection reports, record company relationships and deliveries, and give consumers transparent product-origin information. To meet these challenges TFT implemented the TFT SURE program (facilitated by ChainPoint) with vendor Source Intelligence supporting the solution.

Source Intelligence delivered a ChainPoint-enabled TFT SURE platform that records all companies and their interrelationships, manages inspection reports, handles quotation requests and purchase orders, logs raw material deliveries, and powers a publicly accessible site (including QR-code product lookups). As a result, Source Intelligence enabled TFT to achieve its stated objectives—streamlined sustainability audits, end-to-end traceability of suppliers and deliveries, and improved public transparency about product origin and sustainability.
