K & K Interiors, a wholesale home décor and retail company, was manually processing more than 250 credit card orders a day via a non‑integrated terminal, costing hours of labor, creating errors and PCI concerns. To modernize payments and capture B2B savings, K & K Interiors partnered with REPAY, using its APS Payments integrated solution with Sage 300 and Level 3 processing.
REPAY implemented an integrated APS Payments solution (including Realisable IMan’s APS Payments integration and Sage Alerts & Workflow) to automate authorizations, re‑attempts, decline notifications and vaulted card storage for PCI compliance while passing Level 3 data from Sage 300. The automation reduced transaction time from minutes to seconds, cut administrative and phone follow‑up, improved cash flow and reporting, and yielded about $40,000 in annual transaction fee savings for K & K Interiors.
