Atlanta Postal Credit Union, the oldest credit union in Georgia serving over 105,000 postal employees and their families, needed a modern, reliable way to accept member payments (including auto loans and credit cards) while decreasing the manpower needed for collections. REPAY implemented a direct Symitar integration and customized payment experiences in a few months, enabling self-serve Pay-By-Link, phone payments and a secure online portal. The result was fewer service calls and a significant reduction in the manpower required for collections, faster turnaround on custom development, improved member trust and operational efficiency, and APCU is now expanding payment options (including Text Pay) with REPAY.
