Birmingham Museum of Art launches Culture Bridge to reach underserved students with Kinetic Communications

The Birmingham Museum of Art, a public museum with a goal to increase community engagement, identified a challenge in serving students from Title I and rural schools. They partnered with their primary web partner, Kinetic Communications, to develop a virtual solution to better reach this underserved population.

Kinetic Communications designed and developed an online educational portal named Culture Bridge. This resource provides educators with age-appropriate tools focused on the museum's Asian art collection. The solution incorporated the museum's branding with enhanced accessible design elements. Kinetic ensured the portal was fully equipped for virtual learning, helping the museum bridge the gap of accessibility to reach all Alabamians.
