Die Mobiliar, Switzerland’s oldest private insurer covering about one in three households and companies, faced rising cyber risk across its 2.1 million customers and 5,700 employees. To raise awareness among staff and SME customers and provide preventive measures alongside cyber insurance, Die Mobiliar partnered with IronCircle to deploy a multi-system architecture based on ThriveDX Security Awareness Training (formerly Lucy).

IronCircle implemented a multilingual, cloud-hosted awareness program with preconfigured modules and realistic phishing simulations that Mobi24 call-center staff can run with minimal internal effort. The offer reached dozens of companies in its first year with high customer acceptance, many customers opting to continue training; Die Mobiliar reports increased employee awareness and a reduction in insurance claims, demonstrating measurable risk-reduction and cost-effective protection under the IronCircle-delivered solution.
