Everett Housing Authority Extends Self-Service Custom Reporting Capabilities to Users Across the Organization with Entrinsik Informer

Everett Housing Authority, a public housing agency serving Everett, Washington, needed a way for staff across four departments to access up-to-date, customized reports without creating a heavy stream of ad-hoc requests for its IT team. The organization sought an easy-to-use self-service reporting solution that would let non-technical users get the data they needed quickly while freeing IT for other priorities.

Working with partner Progenixx, EHA implemented Entrinsik Informer, a web-based, drag-and-drop reporting tool that queries live data from UniData and SQL sources. The intuitive interface enabled rapid rollout and widespread adoption—hundreds of custom reports are now used daily—reducing report creation costs, speeding time to decision, and letting users build, share and schedule reports without IT assistance.
