Atlantic Cape Community College Achieves Widespread User Adoption and True Self-Service Reporting and Data Analysis with Entrinsik Informer

Atlantic Cape Community College faced limited reporting during its migration to Colleague, relying on a Multivalue Rocket UniData database and a few IT-created Query Builder reports. End-users couldn’t create or run their own reports, leaving ITS to handle all requests and preventing timely access to real-time data.

The college implemented Entrinsik Informer — an easy, fast-to-install tool built for both Multivalue and relational databases — which enabled true self-service reporting across multiple live data sources. Informer saw rapid adoption (about 100 users, roughly 80% end-users), reduced reliance on other tools and licensing/training costs, and became the primary front-end for departmental and institutional reporting.
