PetDesk, a North American pet-health software company serving more than 1,700 pet care facilities and with its mobile app on over one million devices, faced scaling problems as it began sending millions of SMS messages per month. The result was a scalable, more reliable SMS integration, reduced deployment risk, and the confidence to expand Rollout across more features to accelerate safe innovation.
