Pied a Terre and sister restaurant L’Autre Pied are Michelin-starred London restaurants that needed better ways to market menus and special offers, track covers from promotions, and give staff a simple, accessible booking system. After leaving Bookatable in 2016 for a competitor, they returned when their needs for marketing, reporting and responsive support weren’t met.
Bookatable assigned a dedicated account manager, introduced seasonal campaigns (like Feast on London), a table-management system and marketing tools to run email campaigns and showcase promotions. The restaurants found the system straightforward, benefited from timely support, and saw an increase in promotional bookings with expectations of further growth.
