Bird of Smithfield is a five‑storey Georgian townhouse in London offering a rooftop bar, dining room, lounge, private dining and cocktail basement with contemporary British cuisine from chef Alan Bird. The restaurant struggled to fill and manage covers across its multiple floors, promote and track results from special offers and events, and wanted a simple reservations system plus a dedicated contact for fast support.

Bookatable implemented its Professional reservation system and provided a dedicated account manager (Faisal) to support the team. The new platform made table management easier, enabled promotion and tracking of offers and events, increased bookings—notably around the London Restaurant Festival 2015—and improved staff engagement with reservations; the restaurant has used Bookatable since January 2015 with consistently positive results.
