TruckPad, a Brazilian logistics company that connects independent truck drivers with cargo deliveries, wanted to use WhatsApp as its main communication channel but lacked an official verified account and visibility into data and metrics. To solve this, it turned to Blip and its official WhatsApp solution.

With Blip, TruckPad created an official WhatsApp profile, gained access to conversation logs and performance metrics, and used Blip Desk to handle multiple drivers at once. The result was more efficient and credible communication, with up to 40 customers served simultaneously, around 4,000 messages exchanged per day, and more than 120,000 messages per month.
