Pontofrio worked with Blip to create a marketing campaign aimed at delighting and strengthening its relationship with a younger, more modern audience. The challenge was to build an engaging mechanic on a communication channel this audience already used, so the company chose Facebook Messenger for the campaign.

Blip implemented an interactive chatbot game on Facebook Messenger, using emoji-based challenges and automated messaging with human-agent support when needed. The campaign ran for six days and generated around 10 million messages exchanged, more than 200,000 people connected, and over 400,000 comments on social networks, helping Pontofrio attract new customers and boost brand engagement.
