How Casas Bahia used our solutions to boost sales and engagement on Black Friday

Casas Bahia partnered with Blip to create a stable, high-volume digital communication solution for Black Friday. The retailer needed a channel that could handle heavy customer traffic while also driving engagement and conversions.

Using the Blip platform, Casas Bahia launched Bahianinho, an automated chatbot on Facebook Messenger that delivered personalized offers, product recommendations, and campaign interactions. Blip helped the brand generate more than 58,000 engaged customers, over 2 million messages in the first campaign, and strong sales impact, including 35% of purchases coming from first-time buyers. Over the following years, the solution continued to scale, reaching more than 77,000 users in 2017 and handling over 36 million messages in 2018.
