Billtrust eCommerce implemented the Flex Webstore and Cloud LSI + PIM to centralize product content, integrate with back‑office systems, and provide a searchable online catalog and ordering storefront tailored to Kelly & Hayes’ electrical, plumbing and Unistrut offerings. The solution enabled Kelly & Hayes to launch an online B2B channel, support custom services and local delivery, and streamline product/content management — and, while the case study gives no specific metrics, it clearly expanded their online reach and operational efficiency.
