Billtrust eCommerce implemented the FlexPro Silver Webstore with Cloud LSI, PIM, remote sales management, SEO and analytics, enabling customers to self-serve while reps review and upsell rather than key orders. The webstore drove measurable gains: webstore revenue share rose from 16% to 27% (an 11 percentage-point increase), customers using the webstore as a catalog increased 60%, and Hibbert saw steady improvements in sales volume and overall productivity.
